The platform

From raw regulatory filing to evidence you can audit. A continuous pipeline ingests, normalizes, classifies and detects — and hands you the result with its sources attached.

How it works

Four stages, running continuously

STAGE 1

Ingest

Adapters pull disclosures from the regulators' own filing systems on scheduled cycles — SEC EDGAR, Consob/SDIR, BaFin, AMF, CNMV. No third-party reseller in the chain.

STAGE 2

Normalize & classify

One record per transaction, verified against the original document. Discretionary open-market trades are kept apart from plan-based and mandatory ones — different objects, never mixed.

STAGE 3

Score

Insiders and companies carry track-record figures derived only from realized outcomes, always shown with the sample behind them. Thin samples read n/d.

STAGE 4

Detect & deliver

Thirteen severity-graded archetypes flag unusual behavior with its context. Results flow to the workspace, prepared extracts and the read-only API.

Product views

What the work looks like

Real product views, cropped diagonally to keep workflow detail out of frame.

ITSM event archive: severity summary cards above a list of detected events, each with company, archetype, severity and context.
Event archive — cropped view. Every detected pattern carries its archetype, its severity grade and the activity that surrounds it. 56,525 events in the archive as of September 2026. What you see is what was detected — no forward claims are attached to any of it.
ITSM anomaly scanner: a bubble chart placing insider activity on a buying against selling axis and a normal against anomalous axis, with bubble size by disclosed value.
Anomaly scanner — cropped view. Buying against selling, normal against anomalous, sized by disclosed value. Descriptive by design: it maps what was disclosed and claims nothing about tomorrow.
Modules

A desk's insider-data workflow, end to end

Transaction Explorer

The complete disclosed record across all five markets. Filter by market, classification, role, size and impact; drill into any company or insider; open the original filing from any row.

Event Archive

Thirteen severity-graded archetypes with detection windows and context, searchable across the full archive — the raw material for questions like "has this pattern shown up on this name before, and what followed?".

Companies & Insiders

Declared positions reconstructed over time: accumulation and liquidation streaks measured, not narrated. Every profile keeps its sample sizes in view.

Watchlists

Company watchlists enriched with recent events and flags. Private insider watchlists let you follow individual people with your own notes alongside their disclosed activity.

Monitoring (Pulse)

Sector flow radar, anomaly scanner, co-trading network and company timelines with transactions laid over price — four lenses over the same stream of disclosures.

Extracts & API

Prepared Excel/CSV extracts formatted for your desk — you describe the shape, we produce it. For pipelines, a read-only key-protected API with quotas and history depth agreed per desk.

Scope discipline

What the product will not do

  • It will not give you advice. It gives you disclosed facts and measured history.
  • It will not promise performance. Where a pattern's measured effect is indistinguishable from chance, that is what the product reports.
  • It will not paper over thin samples or missing fields. They read n/d, with the sample size next to them.
  • It will not sell you a roadmap as a feature.
Status

Built, and being built

In production today: ingestion across five markets, normalization and classification, the transaction explorer, event detection and the full archive, track-record scoring with sample disclosure, monitoring views, prepared extracts and the read-only API.

Under active development: the predictive research lab — pattern validation and company-scoring research. Every view it touches is labeled as such inside the product, so nothing experimental is ever presented as settled.

Walk the platform on your coverage.

Thirty minutes, your markets and names: the evidence, the gaps and the controls — in that order.
